But the M3 takes the performance to an even higher level with its 473-horsepower engine. The M3's 4.1-second 0-60 mph time can be improved to as fast as 3.4 seconds by upgrading to the M3 Competition xDrive Sedan, which produces a staggering 523 horsepower. Any 3 Series model can be upgraded to the xDrive AWD system for enhanced traction control, better handling, and faster acceleration.
